Karen has been blessed to have worked with Dr LaCosse for most of her career and his talented team, almost 29 years! Dr LaCosse has created a wonderful practice with his kind and gentle approach to his patients and team members. She enjoys getting to know her patients and to help them feel comfortable during their appointments. She treasures family time with her husband, two daughters, two granddaughters and her Mother. Amy has been a part of the Lake Dental team since 2023. She works primarily as Dr. LaCosse’s assistant and also as a hygienist. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three active children. Between running around to their different sports, you can find her spending time outdoors or reading a good book.

I am a dedicated and experienced Nurse Anesthetist with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare. I have been serving the local Duluth community since 2009 and am proud to provide specialized dental sedation, a field where I have developed a deep expertise in ensuring comfort and safety during dental procedures. I am committed to providing high-quality anesthesia care in a compassionate and professional manner, with the ultimate goal of ensuring positive, pain-free experiences for my patients.

Joleen has enjoyed working at Lake Dental since 2010. As New Patient Coordinator, she enjoys meeting new people and helping them achieve their dental goals. Tracy came to our office in 2023 with nearly 13 years of medical billing experience from the Chiropractic and Psychology world. Born and raised in Central Minnesota, Tracy moved to Duluth as a teenager and met her husband. Together they have two great kids, two horses, two dogs and a cat. She loves spending time outside, riding horses and traveling with her little family.
